This is a classic favorite! The Dutch staghorn fern (Platycerium bifurcatum 'Netherlands') is a compact, popular cultivar of the traditional staghorn fern. It features distinct, antler-shaped green fronds and shield-like basal fronds. This epiphytic plant grows on other surfaces rather than in soil, making it ideal for mounting on wood or hanging in bright, indirect spaces.
Low to medium indirect light. Allow to dry thoroughly between waterings.
Established starter plant in a 2 inch pot is ready for your container or project.
